Don't promote prayer in school, but also don't ban it

A: Agree partially. I think there is a time & place for everything. I don't think the schools should Promote it, or ban it. It is ok if they limit it to certain times... or to have it be done on a private basis by the individual.

Schools need competition to improve

A: Somewhat agree. Schools need competition to improve. Parents should be able to choose the schools that their children go to. However, funding should be a totally local issue... not done by federal government at all. The only participation I would support at federal level, is to have a national Internet based education infrastructure available to all states & citizens.
