Roll back regulations to spur business and job growth

The best way to stimulate and perpetuate job growth and economic opportunity, both in West Virginia and around the country, is to roll back the excessive regulations that have much of American business in a strangle-hold. Most of West Virginia's jobs today are being created by small businesses and people who are self-employed. The massive regulations they have to deal with, just to get their businesses off the ground, already put them at a disadvantage & make it difficult to grow & hire more people.
