He fought for cleaner water by advocating for increased investment in water pollution prevention and clean drinking water projects, low interest loans to cities and towns for wastewater treatment, and riverway restoration activities.

On Capitol Hill

He will hold industries accountable for the pollutants they release. He will support restrictions on the development and use of our waterways and other natural. He will seek full funding for waste cleanup and for incentives that turn polluted sites into productive and useable parts of our communities. He will ensure that the air we breathe and the water we drink is safe.

Tax credits to promote clean air and water

State Senator Lynch has promised to help guarantee clean air in Walpole by expanding on his work in the State House on environmental issues. Lynch has worked to develop tax credits to promote redeveloping contaminated sites into useful community properties and parklands. He will also extend upon his work in protecting waterways and woodlands from sprawl.
