Pakistan could emerge as world’s most dangerous nation

Warner, who does not have a background in foreign affairs, said he believes Pakistan could one day emerge as “the most dangerous nation” in the world. “The challenge with the Pakistanis is one day they’re helping us and the next they’re indirectly funneling help to the Taliban,” said Warner, who also raised concerns about Iran’s nuclear capabilities. UN participation & economic aid only when within US interest

Economic aid to Russia and the former republics should be continued unless Russia exports nuclear weapons or related technology.
Foreign aid should be given to countries only when it is in the security interests of the United States.
The US should participate in UN peacekeeping missions only when vital US interests are directly threatened.
